    SO Loved 316, Inc. founder, Tiphany Burrell, has been selected to lead 2009 Link
    UP Greater Houston conference.  This FREE Youth leadership conference, based
    on the 40 Developmental Assets as developed by the Search Institute, will be held
    Saturday, October 31 at the George R. Brown Convention Center, where over
    1700 youth and adults will have the opportunity to engage with dedicated youth
    professionals who will equip them with the tools and skills necessary to connect with
    each other and make a positive impact on their communities.
